Hello, my in-game name is JustinBerry. I was just wondering if there was anything I can do about 10% off codes for the Skyblock Shop that do not work. I am 100% sure they haven't been used and they also are not expired as they last about a month it seems. I have 15 that should work as of today (6/6/20). If needed I can give someone the codes. But my main concern is if there is any way to fix the issue. I know many other people who had the same problem. Thanks!
The codes auto-inactivate when a new purchase is made for whatever account the code was originally generated for (and a new code is generated and sent to your email). Only the most recent one is active at any time.
