For the past 24 hours, the island has been progressing lots, and Zephxo (not in coop) has placed chests where lava and other builds will be going, and during Zeph moving his/her chests, not too sure, can't tell from pfp and the way this player talks in chat, I told them I will remove the gear from around the chests and put in a seperate chest so that zephxo does not lose anything from demolition and can still keep all their items. I received a kick to tell me to stop, when zeph could have simply /msg'd me. But I guess abusing perms and kicking is their kind of style.

I should be unbanned because as a member of the coop. I have every right to move anything I want (with the known fact that nothing will be stolen and used to my own good of course).

Thank you for appealing. Your explanation explains why you should be unbanned is talking about when you were breaking my things on Elmo's island, and that's not why you were banned, you were kicked for that. But in a response to it, I had messaged you to not break my things before you were kicked for it. Telling me that I shouldn't abuse my permissions and should have messaged you isn't helping at all since I did.

Keeping on topic, you were banned for staff disrespect and as you can see in the rules (here) it merits an automatic 1-3 day ban. On top of that, you also evaded the chat filter. You've mentioned that you've changed in your past ban appeals yet I'm noticing the same behavior from you as you had apparently shown before. Why do you think you should be unbanned?

 

I received punishment for the bypass. But you didn't need to kick me for breaking your quartz after telling you that I will put it in a chest. 1. that's not griefing, 2. that's not stealing. You didn't even want to /msg me to tell me that you want me to stop. You only kicked me.

From what I just said, how do you think I'll react to you kicking me?

I had asked you to not break my things, and after you started I asked for you to stop. Those chests were from when I was in the coop and you had been kicked for breaking them. You were also kicked for bypassing the filter. But neither of those reasons were why you were banned. You were banned for staff disrespect and we don't normally ban for the recommended time (1-3 days) but seeing as how you were a repeat offender the staff team deemed it worthy of a ban. On top of this, you attempted to ban evade using your alternate account, BunningSnag, and you accused me of abusing my moderator permissions on my profile. You're clearly not sorry, and I don't believe you'll learn if I unban you. Wait it out.
