The reason it was locked was due to lack of Evidence. When you put ??? on the offenders name, it basically says to us, you don't know who stole it, so check everyone that had to do with this. As we are dedicated staff members, it is also up to the players to practice safe trading, and know their own limits, as us as staff members aren't always going to have the wherewithal to want to deal with a petty case with such extent. Basically, no evidence, no refund. We don't want to go on wild goose chases to find the stuff that you accidentally loss due to your own doing.
Yeah thx for the help. Is it my fault it got stolen? no. Is it my fault it needed to get repaired? no. Is it my fault they didn't give it back? no.
