• Why do you think you should be unbanned? Well. I simply was joking around. I saw that one of the moderators had unbanned someone so it gave me an idea. I simply wanted to get banned then unbanned. I was given insight upon a previous attempt that I was to be banned upon committing an offense. So I tried to curse. Unfortunately to my avail, the server blocks out even chat bypass attempts. So I decided to enact the original: check my server out ploy. Then I eventually proceeded to be a little troll 5th grader and decided to try the good ol' p***hub.com tactic which, as you can see, worked. I am 19 and a full adult and I am aware that younger audiences play this game and enjoy it. I do not mean to ruin their fun and will never try this type of joke again. I really do enjoy this server and I am one of the top streamers of this server. So I'd like to return to that fun. If you will let me. Best wishes, ya boy MaJIX.

Hello ItsMajix, thank you for taking the time to appeal.

Thank you for admitting to everything that you have done right away. Everything that you are saying in your ban appeal lines up exactly with what happened in-game. I apologize for this misunderstanding, however the server rules, which can be found here, state that advertising any pornographic links results in an automatic 31 day ban. I understand that you just wanted to get banned, then unbanned, for fun, however advertising pornographic links, after I told you that I would not do a requested ban, should not be the way to go about this, and I strongly discourage being banned in the first place.

I was there, watching the whole situation, and understand that you were not trying to maliciously direct users to a website containing pornography, however there is still a possibility that young players could have tried to google what you posted in public chat. Fortunately, most of your messages were caught by a filter system that has been implemented, and did not send to public chat. I will give you a second chance, however I would like you to restate all of the rules, in your own words, and clarify that you will never do something like this again. In the future, I will not be so lenient, and any appeals resulting from this same type of offense will not be considered.

 

1. Please respect all staff and players. No malicious name calling, bullying, etc.
2. No chat related offenses, i.e. spamming and filter bypassing.
3. No /nick abuse
4. Extreme Chat related offenses include, but not limited to: racism, and sexism, and threat of any kind.
5. No advertising inappropriate links
6. No posting malicious links, i.e. links to viruses or any type of link to IP grab an individual.
7. DDOS or hack threats are highly prohibited.
8. Releasing private information and doxing are also highly prohibited.
9. Do not ban or mute evade.
10. Do not scam any user of Skyblock out of their items, rank, or money.
11. Grieving is not allowed.
12. Island farming is extremely prohibited.
13. Inappropriate names or skins should not be allowed to login to Skyblock.net.
