I paid for /fly and donor 10 yesterday about 2pm (GMT) and i still recieved nothing ! Dear skyblock.net Server Team, I bought the donor kit and the fly kit yesterday at shop.skyblock.org/category/24460 It says that I only need to wait 5-15 minutes for it but its now more than 24 hours later. My minecraft name is "twinone", is there a problem with our purchase or what happened? I recieved a Email too that my payment has been successfully processed, Please answer me as soon as possible please

Try to private message CypriotMerks or send an email to [email protected] if you do not get your rank within the next 24 hours... Also don't worry, many users are having some issues with Buycraft these days, so you don't have to worry about your payment method.
