It appears there is an issue with the web store in that purchases are not being processed. I.e purchases are not being applied days after the payment is made. Can a staff member provide some information on this please. Also if it is a known issue, why is the shop still accepting payments?
There was an issue on the 15th but it has since been fixed. If you are experiencing other issues however just let us know.
Thanks Noobcrew. It appears that giftcards purchased on the 16th, for myself, by another party, haven’t been emailed through yet. In talking to staff at the time the issue seemed to be ongoing. I’ll ask the other party to follow up on it. EDIT: So it looks like the purchased gift cards are not being emailed as expected as Megan just gave the codes to the other party that I was trading with. Unfortunately, I'm only accepting codes emailed directly to me from the webstore so the trade can't go ahead. A post in 'Purchase Issues " forum has been raised I believe.
