I can no longer access my island after I changed my username. I changed my username to Kysuna (original being blitzcomet_) and I had my friend change her username to blitzcomet_ to get the ownership back. However, it didn't work, and we think it is because of the update. If you could give me ownership of my island again, so I can access everything, it would be much appreciated because I have donated and spent many months making my island. Thanks!
The only people who can change the ownership of an island are the admins and the owner (Cyp, Noobcrew) I'm having the same problem. i suggest sending Cyp a PM explaining what happened and wait for a reply. I wish you the best of luck!
Yes, it has also happened to someone who I knew. like Love_ said contact the owners by sending a PM. My friend contacted a admin while in-game they where able to get it fixed very quickly. Hope your problem gets fixed soon!
It might take a while for Cyp to respond though. Also, even thought your friend changed her name to blitzcomet_, I don't think it will work.
