Hey Friends! MPlegend and I are selling our island. Our coop was 4 people and is now 2, and we'd like to restart. Notable island features are: -Clock tower -Fountain -Nether-themed skin comp -Hot-air balloon (with Gentleman's Club) -AFK Cacti farm (about a stack every 3-4 minutes) -Two storage houses -Two large trade shops -One VERY large banner shop -One trading station -Mine AND -One nine-room mansion Please private message me or MPlegend an offer here on the forums, and we will let you know what we think of your offer. Bad offers will be simply ignored. We're accepting Diamonds, Heads, and Beacons, but other items may be considered. (And yes, we know the rules of island buying/selling)

Confirming that you destroyed all the dirt/grass/sand before transferring island ownership? (this includes the cactus farm)
Jokes on you adammcdon9, actually. Island was exchanged totally legally and legitimately, and then after the transaction I was hired by the buyer to place the grass/dirt/sand on his/her island. Efficiency V and Unbreaking III shovels are marvelous things. We're all alright Kerahna. Thanks for checking though!
Seems like you were advertising the island with the dirt and sand already placed. Are you saying you dug it all up, and then you were /trusted and rebuilt the dirt and sand using the new owner's stock? That should not be possible either, because the new owner is not allowed to transfer dirt and sand to the new island.
We still have to investigate the island trade fully to make sure the rules were followed. Please wait for a mod to confirm first. Who is the new owner of the island?
