If you are wondering when mods Say Dirt / bucket trade Is illegal because it is island farming.

Island farming is Basically starting a new island then getting the buckets mining up all the dirt then starting a new island and do the same exact thing again to get a heap of illegal recourses which most people use to trade Which can get you banned obviously because
bucket And dirt is illegal.

Just a btw , if You are cought trading the items you will be banned and need to appeal.
