Island farming fix

No more support for idea 2

Also idea 1 may make players leave if they badly messed up 2 times in a row so no more support for it, idea 4 is better. Even if people create 3 islands in under an hour not for island farming, logs can still be used to check if they have been island farming.

 

back when I began playing, there was a cooldown to restarting the island I think it was only an hour or something but it helped, im not sure when they took that off

 

full support on both this may help with island farming but who knows people always find out ways to bypass =P
