Originally I suggested a solution to the frustration that was caused by being unable to teleport between islands easily, especially for people that use multiple accounts. Lee came up with an actually plausible solution here:
In short, the idea is to whitelist users so they can teleport others to your island and bypass the new restrictions on /lock islands, and to have a blacklist that can put /lock restrictions on unlocked islands too.

Since Lee's reply may be lost within the other suggestion I created a new suggestion for this to get your feedback for Lee :)

    Thanks

Support. This would be very useful, especially for people who want to keep their island locked, and only allow a few people to visit it.
