I logged onto the server today after not playing for a while, and my island, along with like 40 filled chests, some having diamonds and gold and redstone and spawners and everything, was gone. There were parts of my island still left, but most of it was gone. I did /home and i teleported to a completely different island, that hasn't been touched. I was wondering if there was any way I could atleast get my items back, as I know my island is probably lost.

Hmm...someone's suffering from the same issue at the moment. Do you know the coordinates of your old island (Hide them)? Also, if a part of your old island was cut off, the chances are that you went over the build limit & your neighbour restarted their island. :/

I have no screenshots, my old computer does but it cannot turn on anymore, part of my island got cut off before, but where I stored all my items was not out of my build limit, as it was built right above the bedrock block. This is on NET

 

What about your coordinates? I doubt the moderators/administrators'll be able to find your island again without the coordinates of it...:/

 

Were you in a coop and were you the leader in it?

 

I was in coop, but I do not remeber who the leader was, and the other person who I was coop with stopped playing before I did anyways.

 

I have no idea what the coords are, I had no reason to write them down before, and when I logged in, my island was compltely gone, so I did /home, and it brought me to some other new island, so I have no way of getting the coords.

 

Were you the leader though? How long were you inactive? Your island might have been resetted.

 

As I just said, I do not know who was the leader we started this island a little over 2 years ago so I cannot remember. I was innactive for maybe 3 or 4 months.

 

If the leader wasn't you, there's a very high chance that this was caused by your co-op leader kicking you out from the island.

 

When I spawned in, I was at the original location of my island, but there was nothing there, if I was just kicked from the co-op, the island and all the stuff would still be there.

 

Whoever was in your co-op probably got rid of some stuff & altered the island if you were really kicked. As for why you spawned in your original island in the first place, it's most likely due to the fact that you were kicked while you were offline. :/ Just a theory.

 

It says I'm still in the party, with my friend as the leader, I messaged him asking about it but he hasn't responded yet, I haven't talked to him for a bit now. Is there any way I can get atleast some of my items returned to me? Ive spent probably weeks of time on this server, and now all my items and island are gone...

 

Same here, I'll be glad to give you some stuff that you have lost.

 

If the leader restart their island, doesn't the old island stay & the leader change for that island? I thought that's how it worked...:/

Also, I too would be very happy to refund as much of the lost items as I can. I too experienced something similar before & I know how it feels.
