is there a way to obtain this as a item? If so how? and is it a rare in skyblock becaus ei have 1 and dont know if its unobtainable or something or if its a rare plz help?

spawn a snow golem (2 snow, 1 pumpkin head), not only inf snow, anywhere he walks covers in that snow sheet. (if you allow him to move, best trapping then just using a shovel on the snow under him)
