I was thinking, someone should make an app for smartphones for forums, voting, etc. So, instead of going onto safari, we can download an app and use it that. This would be amazing if you create this ~Revoxo
There will be a button on your phone. (Note this isn't an app). But what you will do it will be a box with an arrow. Click on that and it will say "Add to home screen" You want to click that, rename it whatever you want, and now you have an app that links to the forums.
I can understand how you would want a physical app, but that is highly unlikely. These apps costs hundreds of dollars to publish on the App Store. We would need an actual developer for applications, not just a minecraft developer. Not even the highest played server on minecraft with over 20k players+ has an app. Just a thought.
The website is formatted for use on mobile devices, I think it's ok and not too hard to use. I was able to moderate on mobile quite easily too.
I suggested this almost a year ago. Even an android app would be too time-consuming and not worth it. And tapatalk was removed because of a glitch that allows peop-le to see hidden content.
I use forums on my smartphone most of the time, and I've got to say that it isn't all too good. You have to click on Inbox, Settings ect... just to get the "Alerts" pop-up, so it's just not very good. If we get a Tapatalk or something along the lines to make it simpler for mobile users, support. However as stated above having an individual application just for the forums would be a lot of work and money, thus marking it as nearly impossible. In the end, if possible, having forums on Tapatalk or a similar application would be ideal, I support that, however I do not support having the forums as an individual application. TL;DR - If on an application like tapatalk, support, if having this as an individual application, no support.
