Resolved IP Block

Question for Staff:

I’m not having this issue but I’m wondering any specific reason players have a blocked IP when connecting to the server? 3 people came on Discord for the same issue and I think it may happen to other people too.

They didn’t receive a punishment and the IP isn’t blacklisted. Someone sent an image and it looks like this:



They all seem to have a good wifi and claim that it’s good and they can connect to other servers. Just wondering if a staff who knows why can answer please. (or maybe a player).

 

I sent Noobcrew a messsage about this earlier. I haven't seen this error message before, so there's not much we can do at this moment in time.

Crew added something to prevent bots etc.

but anyhow if anyone is experiencing this, send a message in one of the help channels on discord providing your ign would be good.

Just out of curiosity, when you attempted to connect to the server, were you using a VPN?

 

This issue didn’t happen to me but I’m not sure whether they used a VPN or not. They said they used a public wifi so maybe that’s why.

 

Since people who are using home wifi are also having this issue, it’s probably just a matter of sensitivity.
