How do i do this while keeping access to my island and my stuff, i don't wanna derp and erase or lock myself out.

 

You still will have access to your island. Before you name change just remove all locks on privated chests etc xoxox

 

Your island, echest, and other personal belongings, as well as any possible donor ranks will automatically transfer over to your new name. As Queen said, remember to remove all your lockette signs, as those will not change and you will be unable to open them

 

Can this be clocked

 

If you change your in-game name, you will still have everything, ender chests, trusted players and island. However, if you have any lockettes or tradeshops, make sure to remove them before you change your name.
