I'm supposed to be joining skyblock.org, but the console keeps banning me for flying

When I first joined the server earlier today, I fell of the spawn area.
When I reached a certain altitude, I got banned for flying for 30 seconds.
Everytime I reconnected, it kept happening.
I looked on the forums and found help (paste /spawn into chat and press enter), but since it only takes a split second for me to get banned again, even that doesn't work.
Please help me.

 

May I suggest connecting with minechat? As the application's default login message is /spawn immediately, it may bypass the issue you're having.

 

I tried it and it didn't work.
Do you have to set /spawn as your logon message?
(I use the lite version by the way.)

 

No, on the light version I don't think you can edit the logon message. It should be a toggle switch under settings to enable/ disable it. If you connect to the server using minechat regularly, it's likely you've disabled it, as you can't talk within a certain radius of spawn.

 

go into settings and set the join thing to not bring to to spawn, it should build you an island hopefully

 

I turned "Spawn on Connect" on, but it didn't work.
I think the console checks for """fly hacks""" before minechat runs the command
Once It sais "Flying is not enabled on this server" (=instantly) I can't type anything.

 

No, it doesn't put me on an island...

I had a similar problem, deleted the server &
re-added it which worked for me.

And Timmyboyrulss is it also that you dont do anything?? When I type even a COMMAND it stops me for about two seconds and then bans me!

 

The only thing I cold suggest is try to add the server again and restart your Minecraft. Otherwise I would just be patient I'm sure mod is trying their best to fix this problem immediately
