Hi there, recently I used to have a map made by Geekxboy, and I lost it. (He seems a bit inactive at this time.) It was a custom made map somewhat like Skyblock, and since he seems to not be active right now, I need to find a way to remake it. Do any skilled mod makers/programmers know how to make a custom map? Not like a seed-map thing. I'm looking for a way to make a custom map, removing all the blocks-- like the island on Skyblock. Anyone know anything about how to make a map like that?

Also, you know how at /warp grass there's villagers on .net? Since I'm on single-player with this map, I'd like to exchange my cobble for higher rates of stuff. So does anyone know of a mod that makes the villagers stand still and I can edit what they want to trade/exchange?

I'm no expert. Far from it. But, I believe MCEdit has some features like this. You're probably best looking up a few tutorials for the program.

 

MCPainter is an awesome program, MCEdit too.
