Since Krissy has taken it upon herself to take care of my appeals I'm going to reappeal again with my response to what she said. I am again, requesting a shortened ban or an unban, however I would not like for Krissy to deal with this appeal, as this was not her ban to begin with.

In my previous appeal, linked here, Krissy has responded with this:

I want to state that what she is claiming is incorrect. I clearly had said that I was rude to Cypriot, and not Connor.

• In what way, is saying "stuck up," impolite, offensive, or explicit? It is another phrase used to substitute the word "uptight." I used this particular phrase because the alliteration and syllable count flowed better in the sentence.
• "Suck up," was again used for the alliteration and syllable count ("suck up, stuck up"). It's direct synonyms are found as "flatter, compliment, and praise." Of course to an extended amount, but is still of the same definition. Again, this phrase is not explicitly impolite or offensive.
• The next phrase you quoted myself using is "mini-mod." Which is not a rude phrase in itself. It has negative connotations, but that was not my intent. It simply means "when a forum member acts like a moderator or administrator without having the authority to do so," which is an honest assessment of my first impression of Connor's character.
• I do admit that I was rude toward Cypriot, in saying he has no p***s and that his server is a failure, both of which were hyper-exaggerated and untrue, which I have admitted to in my previous appeal.

Furthermore, staff need to stop complaining about TBH threads. If you ask for an opinion, you will receive an opinion. Quoting Krissy, "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the god damn kitchen." Stop asking for opinions you aren't willing to receive. Stop denying appeals because you aren't willing to deal with them.

I understand Krissy's moderating abilities are subpar, and that she is a distracted and highly emotional moderator. However, that is no excuse for her vacuous actions. It's similar to how the staff claim my TBH thread is no excuse for my apparent "behavior." However, the difference in these respective statements lie in the fact that unlike Krissy's uneducated declaration, mine holds actual value and reasoning.

You can not claim an opinion is rude and/or uncalled for, when it clearly is not. My post was not overly rude to invoke a week-long ban.

With that, I request that another, competent moderator, takes over this appeal.
