Accepted im banned from buycraft store?[Accepted]

    its been so long and im confused as to why im banned on the store. let me know what i need to do in order to restore this. I appreciate it.

    you're not on the banned players list

    Some people seem to be having this problem on their computer which shows any account they type in as "banned". If you use your phone and try it from there it will probably work.

    try putting my name in and see if it says the same thing!
    When I enter your name it lets me continue without the error. I don't know what causes it but it affects certain people independent of which account they try with.

    It seems to work if you use a different internet connection, was your phone connected to your home wifi when you tried?

    Yes, now connected to data and still same thing. Try using my name again (Mattsterr) it's not letting me in either device on either network.

    Ahh I found your problem

    You're not banned from our buycraft store but your overall chargeback rate on buycraft as a whole including other servers is 45% which is above the threshold set by noobcrew as being acceptable

    I looked it up and it said I can pay back the chargebacks and it would lower my percrentage if discussed to the server admins. Maybe see if noobcrew or whoever handles buycraft store to see if this is an option for me. Thanks

    If your chargeback rate on buycraft decreases you would automatically be allowed to buy things on the skyblock shop, but sometimes paying them back doesn't automatically make it show in buycraft. You might have to contact the admins of those servers directly; none of the chargebacks were on skyblock as far as I can see.

    Well they might have been because I really only played Skyblock but can't remember why I'd chargeback. I'd say if we can resolve this I'll buy rank and some extras which will pull me out of 45percent. Only bought a couple things here and there
