Is gravel illegal? Is endstone illegal? Are there any other illegal items apart from dirt, buckets (including lava,water and milk) and Sand (and any products made from sand)?
Gravel isn't illegal, nor is end stone. If you buy s book with trading FAQ, you will know all the details. Whatever is illegal, it will say.
