Denied [IKillU69x] Looting [Duplicate Appeal] [Denied]

First thing I want to suggest is: Moulds was very quick to give me my payment. He insisted of paying me really quick, Hes like "here ill get you ur grass, here u go " then gave it to me befor I was ready . That seemed ok to me, I then said to him " Im still gonna take some stuff tho ok? " he replyed "ok , i wont dog you" like others would" So I got my most of my stuff, I noticed that he had placed some of my banners that were in one of my chests around the spawn area. I said to him that I want them and im sorry about it. I should of grabed them then. but I didnt. He then got upset so I left them. There was also other item there that he wouldnt of even known about if I hadnt of got them and hed seen me. Like the gold pyramid for the beacon, and yea the sand and dirt was mine too, isnt it obvious that its mine, If I couldnt of have sold him the island with sand and dirt and buckets on it, then why am I getting banned for 18 hours + when I was actually going to remove it. Im upset about this whole thing and how easy it is for him to lie about somthing. Im also upset how Devannn_ is to take someones side so quickly and act upon it without at-least hearing my side.
Sorry its not short and sweet and simple and planned out like Moulds is.
