Server: .org IGN: Ieuan Ban message: Temporarily banned from server for 1 day What happened: I use Nodus because some of the functions are quite useful. When using /fly I use Nodus' fly function as well because it gives me more direct control (it doesn't have smooth movement, /fly does). What happened was that I was moving too fast, and at the same time I had Nodus' fly enabled. I got kicked for moving too fast and when I logged back in Nodus kept me in the air, while /fly was disabled because I relogged. The ban is obvious, but as I have /fly anyway it doesn't really make sense. Why I should be unbanned: Well.. On one side I feel like I should be unbanned because I have /fly anyway. I'm able to fly without getting banned. But on the other side I shouldn't be because it was my own stupid choice to use Nodus. Obviously as Nodus is made as a griefing client not all functions should be used without caution. Also, as it's only one day the chance of me getting unbanned before the day ends isn't that big, so I might just as well sit it out (I have multiple accounts so I can still play, even though I now don't have /fly and /god). But I wrote this appeal anyway because it seems like something that should be checked, or /fly should stay enabled when relogging. If you relog high up in the air you move too fast and get kicked sometimes as well. Also, sorry for not using the template, it didn't fit for me. And if you insist; I did read the rules.
Well I'm sorry to say this but we never overturn temporary bans. Seeing this was from yesterday and moderators haven't responded yet to this thread I will assume that the ban is over and close this. You are correct in this situation though and I would have unbanned you however I am unable to do so at this time.
