So right now I'm trying to make an island made out of grass and sand so I've add a small pool, but the water love's to turn into ice and then I makes my island look like I live in Antarctica and I was wondering can someone fix this? (Quickly)

Only thing I can suggest is for you to join a co-op and then leave it, this will move your island co-ordinates. If you'd like help doing this let me know, I've been trying to find an island with the biome to make Ice. I'll even pay you a few dias.

My Only Problem is if I move I can't take ALL my grass I've put down because of the silk touch rules

 

You can pick up almost of all of the grass. You just need to leave behind whatever grass/sand is usually on a starting island

 

Why don't you put glowstone under the water? That keeps water from freezing over.
