Okay So I am trying to log into my minecraft account. and this is the message I keep on getting. Anyone know how to fix this? Or why it is happening?

Well luv the only way this could happen is if you forgot your username or password or you were hacked that is the only possible out comes.

Uninstall and reinstall minecraft

You might have a virus on your computer eating away at the files

 

It's the Invalid Credentials Error.
If I'm not mistaken, it's something to do with your IP.
If you have a VPN, try turning on or off (depending if you have it on in the first place).

Either that or wait about 24 hours. You should be able to connect back in again.

I've had this Error before and every time I do I have to wait until the next day to log on to my account.

I think it was this Error at least, I could be mistaken.

ahhhH! I had a virus the other day and I restored my computer to defaults. Could that have done anything? But I also cant login to my mojang account on mojang i have resetted my password too :

So you've changed your password and tried to login again with your new password, and it still doesn't work? I think you should wait 24 hours and you should be able to login.

That is one possibility. You might also have to reset your account. I have had to do that several times. I even had to do that when I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10.
