Hello! I have recently changed my account name and I cannot open any of my chests. If an admin can help with this then I will appreciate that. Just go to my island and break the signs and then put a sign in my tree farm saying that it has been done. Thanks!
A full mod or up can help you with that. Just look for a mod with a red or purple prefix online and message them. I would get on to help you, but I have to leave in a minute. Good luck. By the way I'm moving this thread to the help section.

Full Mods or Super Mods can help. (Full Mods have light red mod tags, and Super Mods have purple mod tags). Super Mods are the ones you need if for example, the island owner is inactive, as you'll need someone to bypass /trust, and Super Mods can do that. Has your question been answered?
I don't think the owner will help you with this but you could msg a supermod or full mod (if trusted) to break the lockette!
As said above message a Full Moderator who's name is red or a Super Moderator who's name is purple but if you message a Full Moderator you'll need to temporarily /trust them. If there's none when you're online then you can try messaging one from the Staff Team Page by creating a conversation with one here.
