I died in a afk pool and I think a skeleton killed me.
It kicked me though after 15mins of lding.
I lost a skeleton head named diedman344's head, 61 grass, 58 pistons, and other stuff.
Before I left I asked Mrstealourgirl will I get kicked afking in a afk pool after 15mins.
I had to go somewhere so I just left my computer on.
Before I left I bought alot of grass and made alot of pistons.
I bought grass from pc like a stack and a half and I boguht some other grass.
I had 61 grass left and 58 pistons.I
I lost my diamond pick too

I know all the retailers and salers I bought it from I did not screen shot items before I left

 

i got some before but its only on my hotbars

I found a dia pick in chest but the pistons, grass, and redstone are gone

 

In my opinion I don't think anything will happen. I mean, every player dies at some point. We shouldn't be going around refunding every death. It's your fault you didn't take the precautions when doing this, not a server issue. So I don't see a refund happening.

 

Here is what I know.
I did sell you the grass. I saw you buy it, and 61 sounds about correct.
I also know that you did have a diamonds pickaxe. I have seen you use it before, and also, you let me use it to mine obsidian. As of the iron, I have no idea, but I believe you on that one.

The one other conflict, however, is I am not sure if this is a refundable situation. Death like that usually is not refundable. On average, you are usually just refunded from being looted/a deathwarp, killed with lava, etc
What we do need to know is, do you by chance have a skeleton spawner by where you were, and by chance could it of escape and killed you? Mob spawning on the server is disabled, so if by rare chance a mob spawned in and killed you that I would say would be refundable.

Honestly, I believe you and would say in this case you should get your items back. As of the iron and the skeleton head, I cannot say, because I have never seen any of those, but if you do have screenshots, you can get them back.

I believe you can lose hunger from an AFK Pool so you may have possibly starved to death, but it's very slow at losing hunger.

We cannot refund you, you used an AFK pool. While I don't see an issue with them, you use them at your own risk.
You lose hunger rapidly with them and you also glitch through the wall and suffocate.

All this could have been avoided if you just logged.

 

Or logged without holding valuables
