Basically, yesterday I noticed that 3 of my placed heads, were water griefed, I got at least 2 mods to check the logs and to try tracking the heads. One player is banned, as the logs confirmed the placed water, but I have not got any refund yet.

What were the kind of heads?

 

Refunding heads can be a difficult task, all you really can do Is wait for the moderators to track down the location of your heads.
You could also try and get player refunds.

 

The heads I lost were a Zombie Head, Creeper head, and a skeleton skull, all placed obviously.

Yes, I will wait for the mods to find the heads, so I will get them back, its just that the mods I asked online said there wasnt really much I could do, and neither fungamer or Katsumi actually succeded with tracking the heads. Thanks however.

 

Yeah, I couldn't find any logs. There is a possibility of the heads being in the inventory unless the player gave them to someone.

 

Generally with valuable and rare items Eg heads, we try retrieve them from players when they appeal so as to prevent more rare duplicate items from being spawned into the economy, which will devalue the value of rares.

That is extremely kind of you, but I am not in such a need of diamonds, so you could keep them, the point of this thread was just to get my heads back fairly

 

Okay, well all that can really be done is wait for moderator actions to try and retrieve the heads. I'm still waiting for a huge refund, trust me I know how it feels xD

It doesn't matter were he bought the heads. It only matters where they are now, who has them, and if he can get them back.
