Islands near the centre of the map are pretty cool and to some may be seen as valuable. Realistically if you were looking to sell you’d have to wait for the right opportunity from a person who wants one near the centre.
This is one of those rare things whose value is completely dependent on finding someone interested in that specific niche rarity, like auctioning a square of toilet paper Julius Caesar wiped with once. Best of luck to you!
