Ok i was not doing anything wrong. I was just at /warp skybase and i was lagging for some strange reason. Then my game froze for like 3 seconds and then it said i was banned for 2 hours. There might have been i misunderstanding because i dont know what happened.

 

The console must have thought you were flying. However you cannot appeal for bans less than 1 day. You will just have to wait it out.
