I have something important to tell her but it won't let me start a convo with her

1. Hover over this button on the toolbar:

At the bottom there should be this button. Press it:

At the top there should be a bar

Enter this, then fill out the rest

 

I did but when I hit create convo,it says you may not start a convo with taylor1211

 

Hmm. Let me try something

It works so lock it
