I bought 8 Diamonds for 15$ and 10 Grass for 5$. I didn't recieve any of them, apparently I have to be online to recieve them, the transaction definitely went through. In my cart at the time was $30 worth of stuff: 8 Diamonds(10$), 10 Grass(5$) and a (10$)10$ Donor. I got the title donor and I got a kit when I said /donor10 I would like someone to give me my items while I am online please. Thank you.

Check your email. You should have gotten an email confirming your purchases

When I purchased them yes, but I was at Butlins holiday resort and I only had 15 minutes wifi, I got the code that I bought them, $30 has been used and I got the donor name and that works fine but I havent gotten my diamonds or grass. So in short No I was not online.

 

You had to have been online with a stable connection. Ok, got the cause of the problem figured out.
