Have you ever seen someone that made a blue name that directly linked somewone to that name? We'll I'm going to tell you how to do this and I how it helps!
1. Firstly to tag someone simply do @(Playername here)

Ex Snowboardking454 <~~~~ Me!

2. To edit the persons and basically go in edit post and when it says the user name and number change the users name to what ever you want!

Ex Illy_Cyp_<3
