Here are some ways you can have your ban appeal(s) be accepted more often.

• Be Honest (lets suppose it says, was this an incorrect ban? And you say yes, be sure that you are telling the truth.
• Do not say, under "have you been banned before, if so, what for?" do not just say, yes, multiple times, or yeah. Explain your bans.
• Do not say stuff like Ugh, Urgh, why?, no, or no thanks. Take your appeal seriously.
• Do not disrespect Staff when they ask you questions.
• Do as they say, if it is stating the rules in your own words, or asking you to rewrite the paragraph.
• Admit your mistakes

Doing the following allows you to increase your chance to have your appeal accepted.
