I just like to make a post for everyone to share how they are feeling, haven't done this in a week or two, so I just wanna check in with everyone. So much can happen in that short time, like the Queen passing on, may she rest in peace. So if you feel like it, share how you are feeling, or maybe stuff exciting in your life! : o
Well.. My grandad is suffering with heart failure and decided he doesn't wanna live anymore, my uncle got moved to a nursing home due to his dementia. My anxiety is at an all time high, but I got my first psychiatrist appointment in November so I guess thats good. I hope soon I'll be able to do all the things my anxiety has stopped me from doing for years, and I'm ready to better my life Also; It's 92 days till Christmas!

I am doing a bit stressful cuz life, school and all but besides that, so far so goood How’ve you been mrbap
I hope all the stress clears up, I am going through similar stress, sadly more mental health than school but oh well. Aside from school and my mental health developments, I'd say I am okay, trying to do better
