They exist on classic only. Most end portal frames were introduced to the game when someone bought 400 donor (they were given a creative item of their choice). Most bedrock were spawned into the game by mods in the past, when the default logblock tool block was bedrock (it's now cobblestone, since some mods got caught giving the bedrock away).
I don’t know the exact reason. I’ve heard things such as the rank is too op, to noobcrew not liking the rank, and it was hard to manage and balance due to how expensive it is. In short they decided to discontinue it and it has been changed a lot from classic skyblocks donor400
End Portal Frames and Bedrock is Unobtainable. Unless Noobcrew makes a update about them in the future.
