How do you discern between the old and new placed pumpkin heads?

    I know that if the heads are unplaced they have different names/lore, but if they are placed how do you tell the difference? I wanted to buy one from a guy but we don't know which one it is so I'm not sure how much to offer. He said it was called 'SkyblockPumpkin's Head'.

    These are unplaced heads. The Pumpkin I believe is 2k13 but I could be wrong.\
    The Santa is for sure 2k14.

    Yeah, but after the head is placed (and the lore/name is gone) is there any way to know if it used to be 2k13 or 2k14?

    Just buy it for a low price. Either way it isn't worth much now because it was placed XD

    once placed you cannot tell if it was 2013 or 14, and in both cases for pumpkin heads, the unplaced ones had the same name (as far as i remember).
