probably.also, make sure the nuker isnt one thats just wild and destroys every block. otherwise anything in a radius under above and near is destroyed.
(mine only works in creative mode, which is good because noone can have creative, i do not want to accidentally turn it on and destroy my island)

idk about that client i havent used it. but some have nuker where you can set it to an individual block
(or you can speedmine with a god diamond or iron axe, its pretty much instant lol)
