Hi Alohacc, I'm slightly confused about your story.
If this is your friend's account, why were you the one to change the password (if that is what happened)? Why is your friend not appealing themselves? Is the account's security still compromised considering you've insinuated both you and your friend have access to it?
The general rule for these issues is your account, your responsibility. It wasn't your friend who was suspended from playing, it was the accounts that were used to break rules. This one specifically was used to evade a ban. That being said, your friend shouldn't be prevented from playing due to your mistakes. I would love to actually speak to your friend regarding account security and accountability--however, they're not the one making the appeal. This is the problem with appealing on someone's behalf: it doesn't really work.

I would love to have the actual owner of this account appeal, considering I assume they are the one who actually wants the account to be unbanned... or are they not yet aware?

 

Right, sorry that I didn't make a clear appeal.
I am the owner of hotgirl123xd, an account I bought for my friend to play on, in which he changed the name and is the only active user on it. He was pretty active on the account until the recent week.
The only reason I made this appeal is to clear his name instead of being labeled an alt tho he may never even play on the server again. About account security and accountability it would be unfair to blame it on my friend since the mojang account is mine.

My main, alohacc99, just got banned for 'Alt of hotgirl123xd. Island farming, cheap perfume, catfishing' Kind of confused.....

Edit: the only reason why I want this alt unbanned is so mods not in my timezone unaware of this situation would stop banning me once I log in. Definitely a hit in my reputation and just.... feelsbadman

 

In case my last message regarding your situation wasn't clear I sent out another one, and you've been unbanned.

Given what's been happening, I am inclined to unban the alternate account. If I find it linked with Vleddertjhu's account again, it will be banned immediately--this unban is conditional on the assurance that you now keep your account secure from him and others who may break our rules. You're not permitted to share your account with others anyway according to the Minecraft EULA, not that we're overly fussed about that.

If you understand this and will no longer share around your passwords, let me know and I'll unban the account.
