Hey guys! Are hoppers illegal? If not, than why don't they work. Can you tell me how to make them work if they are not illegal. Thanks!

 

I believe they are disabled to prevent chest looting

 

Actually they are disabled because no one's motivated enough to put them back in. (y)
There's basically no reason for us not to have them.

Hoppers are not illegal, they are just not able to be used.
