Everytime I do /home to get to my island now, it either spawns me under the island, or in my lava.
I lost my enchanting table and a mall music disk because of this glitch. I would appreciate it if an admin would reset my home. Thanks.

 

You can try moving your lava. Also, I place a water block at my home so that if im falling, i can do /home and land safely in water. Also, when i have water there, i dont usually glitch out of my island.
