I doubt anyone would upgrade you for free unless you offer them some in game items aka rares and diamonds. 10 diamonds = 1 Dollar $$ so $15 or $25 is 150-250 diamonds but some upgrades prefered to be overpayed as many people are overpaying or upgrades. Unless someone generous enough would upgrade you for free
I'd edit your post to say rank instead of tank, and to add your offer to the thread. People don't give away ranks for free generally unless there is a competition open.
