Skyblock [Helper] color

I've noticed while playing, sometimes new players probably get confused when they hit tab and see [Helper] and [Donor] (They will be right next to each other in tab if you haven't noticed.) Here's a screenshot to show you.

as you can see, those are very similar colors, while I am not even sure this suggestion is allowed, something could be done about this. I saw nothing against the rules about rank colors lol. anyways I think it should be something like [Helper] (sorry about the bad color, I can do a better representation in game, to do it do &2[&aHelper&2] or &8[&2Helper&8] ) well, thanks for reading!



(3rd one is if you want to keep it blue but at the same time look different.)

 

I do not think this is much of an issue

 

Unless u find a color combo that no rank has it then I would support.

As 52 said, different colours have been experimented with before - yellow was played with, but it was agreed that the blue was fine and was easily matchable with a forums colour. Also, staff are already this colour green in the hubs.

I don’t think it matters too much - due to space and character limit the word helper is a singular colour which in itself differentiates from donor. There are other ways around this too - searching for online staff using /who or /list, or alternately just asking whether there’s any staff online in chat.

For that reason, no support.

 

Helper ranks carry over through servers, and on economy the highest rank is Highroller which is yellow which would arise the same problem we have here on skyblock too :3

For the suggestion, I see the point, but simply asking for staff or looking closer at the tags would yield the result of if the helper is online or not. Basically all the points stated by Blyx c:

 

visual concept, not much differentiation. I do think all staffing positions should be first person anyone in the shift tab if thats possible. grouped away from everyone.

Ye I remember experimenting with the colors of the helper tag. Unfortunately we couldn't find a suitable new color that is different from any of the existing ranks colors.

New suggestion make the helper tag black to make people eyes bleed
Light gray might kinda work but not sure

Support, I came up with a few (1 happens to be normal helper colour, ignore that)

 

The grey could work, but the blue is what the thread is trying to move away from & the yellow is highroller on Economy.

 

Actually, green would sort of work as Skyknight/Premium is never near the top left of tab.

It’s not really really a big issue and as 52 said, they’ve tried. I agree it’s kinda hard to see the difference. I’m neutral. Leaning towards support. Lol, I’m noticing how Smods and Devs are higher than Noobcrew.

 

I say we just promote the Helpers to Moderator then we wouldn't have this issue at all c;
