So someone made me a .gif banner fir my signature, but I am having trouble having it seen. Please help.

Here is what you do. Right click the .gif and select Copy Image Url. When you go to edit your signature there should be the insert or edit image button. Paste the url and the press insert. This should work.

Well, now I'm having problems viewing signatures and also, I thought you were asking something else. This is very easy to do. You have to look in your settings and simply add your signature there. Seeing how Cypriot has taken care of the matter (thanks CypriotMerks ) I'll leave this open until you confirm it's fixed as I cannot view signatures at this current time.
