Dear All, recently I have gone online to the donor shop at shop.skyblock.net and I found that the page is inaccessible, giving me this message
"This IP address/Country has been blocked from accessing Buycraft - if you feel this is in error please contact customer support." I do not understand why this issue is here as I have never experienced this problem before. Would appreciate if a staff assists me or enlightens me of what the problem is.

Just re-assessed the situation, the problem is even worse than I thought. Not only is Buycraft blocked on my smartphone, its unavailable on my tablet too. Logging on to my PC soon, will update then.

 

And, It seems, that not even my computer is able to access the website. May I ask if Skyblock.net blocks any certain countries?

 

I don't think it does. If it would, it would probably be the only ones without readily available internet access, but that's unlikely.
Are you able to connect to a different IP?

 

Yeah, like Lem and Krissy said, you should try using a VPN or doing it on a different IP. It might be blocking you for your IP.

 

Good Morning, I just checked again and the problem seems to have cleared up by itself. Maybe it was just a minor issue with my wifi or device. But thanks for trying your best to help, Staff.

Anyways to clarify, I tried to access the shop yesterday with my Phone, Tablet and Computer, testing them with both my wifi networks at home and 4G on my phone and it didn't work until today.
