i was in the server and i couldent type in the server and there was written "Cannot send message" but why?! i couldent even chat a mod so i am writing this here

 

It's okay. Were you at spawn when this happened?
There's a dead zone at spawn where you cannot chat or do commands, to help with spambots. If you're at spawn, move to the very edges and you should be able to chat.

My thoughts are you may turned commands only on since it tends to say "Cannot send chat messages".

 

Just fix your setting for chat
