Help! I bought an unban, and it still hasnt worked...

I bought an unban, and it still hasnt worked. Can someone please help?

 

I forgot to mention, look at the shop page so you know for sure that I bought the unban!

I haven't played on this server since 2015-ish. I'm confused why it is still not letting me get on. New server rules, ban list reset & VPN blocker | Skyblock Forums states that I should have been banned but, It still stays I'm banned. It was made in October of this year. I was banned far before this...

(edit) "With our new rules officially updated we have decided to give everyone a clean slate. All bans/kicks/mutes & warnings will be reset." So this applies to EVERYONE but me?

 

No matter what, players aren't unbanned for chargebacks. You took back the money you donated. As a result, you cannot play the server because you would still hack your rank that you didn't pay for.

 

I talked to Cyp before and told him what happened, gave him the card's info, and explained to him that it took my money. He believed me and gave me my skygod. He looked at the card's account history and saw it took my money. Then, a few days later, it charge backed me. I had an old post and tried to contact him that it charge backed me. He never responded. The charge back wasn't my fault. It was a glitch. Can you please believe me?

 

Could you provide proof you didn't chargeback?

Is that card reloadable? If not, is there any way you could provide proof?

 

No that card is not re-loadable unfortunately, I provided proof that I purchased it and it went through without giving me the rank.

 

The last picture that I uploaded to this thread can prove that the purchase was made to Skyblock.net and that it withdraw-ed the money from my card. Is there anything I can do to get this settled and me to be unbanned? Any more proof I can provide? I really love this server and was heart broken when I got banned.. Please?
