Tbh, I don't really know where to post this so I'll put it here in hopes of some help. I've been banned, but it's not for being stupid or anything. The ban says "Reason: Please close chargeback to get unbanned." I don't really know who to contact directly but I'd like help.
Maybe make an appeal in the NET ban appeal section as someone who bought for you the rank or an upgrade have charge backed you. Click here to appeal hopefully finding a way to get unbanned. And make sure to read the sticky threads before appealing. Good luck!
A chargeback basically means a donation credited to your account was requested to be refunded. This is against our terms and conditions. If you didn't ask for a refund on your purchase as someone else upgraded you, you may need to pay it back. However if you made the chargeback claim you just need to close it. Do as Bert said above in any case.
