I have encountered the following Hellblock.net-related problem.
    - an infinite lava source is created (as prescribed in '/warp faq')
    - a bucket of lava is taken from that source
    - when container (chest, furnace) is opened to place lava bucket into, or when I disconnect from server and reconnect, bucket of lava in inventory becomes empty bucket

    Is this expected behaviour?

    Thanks.

I would really appreciate assistance in this.

Yesterday I could work around this by pouring lava into 1x1 hole and taking it back.

Today, when I pour lava into such a hole, it immediately disappears. Bug?

OK, looks like I found the reason.

When lava is taken from inside 1 block high "horseshoe" as in '/warp faq', it behaves normally.

When "horseshoe" is higher (as in single-lava nether rack generator), lava is still taken, but the above quirks are happening.

I suppose it's still should be treated as bug - lava should either behave normally still, or it shouldn't be able to take below first block.

It's no biggie, I have a 2 high horseshoe and sometimes it bugs but in the end, I get it when I've tried long enough. I usually put one lava back (I take like 16 buckets at the same time) and then I fill the empty ones.

But you solved this yourself, may I archive?

By all means. No problems with lava since then. Thanks.
