I just logged on to Hellblock to see the MobArena thing going on and lo and behold, I had some random stuff on me.

I'm selling 10 cobble for 1 net diamond

And since I don't know the price of the other things, I'm going to not sell them and instead auction them off. The things include a mob spawner, a jukebox, and a nether star. (I'm sure the mob spawner costs at least some diamonds since Soul wanted it for a stack of diamonds. Not sure if it's the true price or not... )

And I can't do /newisland replace since I believe my inventory gets reset. And I don't have an island...

I'm pretty sure that's worth a lot more than three diamonds. I believe nether stars are really expensive, and 25 cobble itself would be about three diamonds, the nether star is really hard to get.
